To maximise the return on your investment, it is essential that your staff are properly trained in the optimum use of the machine. User training is usually done at the time the machine is installed, with more advanced training available as the machine operators become more familiar with the basic machine functions. Machine-related training coursesLevel 1 - Basic (5 days) Basic machine operation, key electrical, electronics components, machine installation, machine operating system, machine electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics services, drawings & documentation, ANCA digital servo drives.
Level 2 - Basic (16 days) 5 days training on machine operation and grinding, diagnostics and data logging, electrical schematics and PLC, ANCA digital servo drives and data logging, machine commissioning procedures.
Level 3 - Advanced (10 days) Similar to level 2 with more emphasis on PLC, data logging analysis and diagnostics.
