 ANCA's PLX automatic loader is the perfect addition to the RX7 CNC grinder. It completes the package as the optimum small-to-medium tool and cutter grinder.
The PLX is suitable for loading tools from Ø1 mm to Ø26 mm and up to 250 mm in length. For example, the PLX has capacity for 154 tools at Ø16 mm and 1242 tools at Ø1mm. The PLX uses a pallet to store the tools in the loading cell. Two pallets are required for each tool size, one pallet for the tool blanks and another for the finished tool. These pallets are referred to as the pickup and store pallets. Although the PLX is designed to primarily load round shank tools, an option to load Nikken KM20 collets is available.
